A home conceived as a system: structure, light and matter working together.
Casa Terra organizes life across two levels connected by an interior courtyard that brings light and ventilation to the heart of the house. Exposed concrete, wood and glass define a sober, warm and contemporary language.
From concept to handover, Terra developed the architecture, technical specialties and construction under one team, with permanent supervision and clear communication at every stage.
The result is a house that feels inevitable: every square meter answers a decision, and every decision, the way it is lived.
