We only process the data you voluntarily provide through our contact form or when you write to us: name, email, phone, client type, project type, estimated budget and the message you write. We do not collect sensitive data or special categories.

We use your information solely to: reply to your enquiries, prepare quotes and proposals, follow up on your project and keep clear communication with you throughout the process. We do not use your data for third-party advertising, nor do we sell it.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent, given when you submit the form, and on our legitimate interest in handling your request.

5. Who we share your data with

Your data may be processed by technology providers that help us operate the site and receive form messages (for example, the form-delivery service and the email provider). These providers process data only on our behalf and under their own privacy policies. We do not transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes.

We keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and, where applicable, manage the resulting commercial relationship, unless you request its deletion beforehand.
